By booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
CONSULTATION & USE OF PRODUCT POLICY:
. A thorough consultation is conducted before the treatment to understand the client’s needs and preferences.
. The treatments is tailored to their specific scalp and hair conditions.
. We use high quality product, vegan, free from parabens & sulphates hair & scalp care products crafted in the UK.
HEALTHY & SAFETY POLICY:
🚫 NO HAIR EXTENSION, HEAD LICE, CORNROW OR DREDS, ECZEMA,
PSORIASIS
• At this stage, we still learning how to properly care for tightly coiled or Afro hair type.
We would like to be fully equipped before offering the experience you deserve.
• For coloured/bleached/dyed hair, please allow at least 7 days before booking mini or full reset session.
TREATMENT SUITABILITY & HEALTH CONDITIONS
Your safety & wellbeing are our highest priority. As much as we would love to offer our treatments to everyone, there are certain conditions where it may NOT SUITABLE if you:
Currently pregnant
Undergoing chemo therapy or recent medical treatment
have an open wound & active skin conditions (e.g eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis. scalp infection, irritation), sinus/frequent migraine, have known allergies to products or ingredient used.
have hair extension, cornrow/dreds, head lice
SANITIZATION POLICY:
All equipment and treatment areas are thoroughly sanitized between clients.
Hand washng fasilitiy are available at The Kejoraku.
FEEDBACK, LOYALTY PROGRAMS & GIFT CARDS:
. We highly appreciate clients sharing their feedback on Google or social media platforms after their treatment to help us improve our services.
. Regular clients can enroll in loyalty programs to receive discounts on future treatments.
• Gift Cards are available start from £10
• In appreciation of those who care for others, we are offering 5% discount to teachers, nurses, paramedics, carers, firefighter or charity workers on their first appointment.
PARKING
• There is free parking available.
